To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024), on the afternoon of December 20, a delegation from the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee, led by Mr. Le Tien Lam, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, visited and congratulated the staff of Viettel Telecommunications Thanh Hoa branch and Z111 Factory (General Department of Defense Industry).

During a visit to congratulate the staff of Viettel Telecommunications' Thanh Hoa branch, Mr. Le Tien Lam, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, praised the achievements and contributions of Viettel Telecommunications' Thanh Hoa branch in fulfilling the task of "Protecting the Fatherland from early on and from afar." He also acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Viettel Telecommunications' Thanh Hoa branch to digital transformation and social welfare work in the province over the past period.
The comrade suggested that in the coming period, Viettel's Thanh Hoa branch should actively coordinate with all levels, departments, and localities in the province to build and develop information and telecommunications infrastructure, meeting the requirements of comprehensive digital transformation across all sectors and fields to serve the government, businesses, and people. They should continue to uphold the core values of the soldier's tradition and revolution, and work alongside the province in social welfare, especially in supporting the construction of housing for poor households, policy beneficiary families, and households facing housing difficulties in the province.

During his visit to congratulate the staff and employees of Factory Z111, Mr. Le Tien Lam, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, praised and congratulated them on the outstanding achievements and results that Factory Z111 has achieved in the past. He also expressed his hope that the staff and workers of Factory Z111 will continue to strive even harder to achieve more victories together with the Party Committee, the government, and the people of all ethnic groups in the province, contributing to further enhancing the glorious and heroic traditions of the Vietnam People's Army.

Comrade Le Tien Lam, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, expressed his hope that in the coming time, Factory Z111 will continue to cooperate with the province in effectively carrying out social welfare work, joining hands to "eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" for families with meritorious services, poor and near-poor households in the province. He particularly emphasized the importance of caring for the lives of people in difficult circumstances in the localities where the factory has production facilities, including Thanh Hoa City and the districts of Hoang Hoa and Ngoc Lac.
