On the afternoon of April 28th, the People's Committee of Da Lat city announced that Hoa Binh pedestrian street in the city center has officially reopened. Previously, to ensure traffic safety and due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, this pedestrian street had temporarily ceased operations for a considerable period.
The Hoa Binh central pedestrian street is approximately 1km long, encompassing the streets surrounding the 3/4 Theater. The pedestrian street operates from 7 PM to 10 PM every Saturday and Sunday.
With main activity areas such as the area in front of the 3/4 Theater for cultural and artistic events; Le Dai Hanh slope, the exhibition area for street music groups; La Tulip staircase, Tang Bat Ho Street, Truong Cong Dinh Street, Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street and Da Lat night market serving food , souvenirs and specialties.

This activity aims to boost trade promotion and enhance the advertising and introduction of goods and services brands of Da Lat city. Organizing the Hoa Binh central pedestrian street, along with various business and service models, is a solution to stimulate the market, introduce local products to domestic and international consumers, and create a place for recreation and shopping for local residents and tourists visiting Da Lat, the city of a thousand flowers.
