Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai presents Tet gifts in Nam Po and Muong Cha districts

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai presents gifts to impoverished households in Si Pa Phin commune, Nam Po district.

Joining the delegation from Dien Bien province were Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong, Standing Deputy Provincial Party Secretary Mua A Son, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Lo Van Phuong, and leaders of several provincial departments and agencies.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai and his delegation presented a solidarity house to the family of Mr. Giang A Long in Che Nhu village, Si Pa Phin commune.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024 (Year of the Dragon), the delegation led by the Deputy Prime Minister presented 280 Tet gifts to poor households, families receiving preferential treatment, and officials, civil servants, and workers in difficult circumstances in Nam Po and Muong Cha districts. The Vietnam Social Policy Bank also donated Tet gifts to poor households and families receiving preferential treatment in the two districts of Muong Cha and Nam Po, with 120 million VND allocated to each district. These gifts contribute to sharing the joy and warmth of the traditional Tet holiday with disadvantaged families, ensuring they can celebrate with love and happiness.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai and his delegation presented gifts to the Party Committee, government, armed forces, and people of various ethnic groups in Nam Po district.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai extended New Year greetings to the Party committees, government, armed forces, and people of all ethnic groups in Dien Bien province; expressing his delight at the province's socio-economic development achievements.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai and his delegation visited and extended New Year greetings to the officers and soldiers of Si Pha Phin Border Guard Station.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai requested that Dien Bien province and the two districts of Muong Cha and Nam Po continue to pay attention to and care for the spiritual and material lives of the people, especially policy beneficiary families, those who have contributed to the revolution, and war invalids and sick soldiers... Strengthen the work of ensuring national defense and security, social order and safety in border areas and remote areas; continue to strictly implement the management of festivals according to regulations, especially spring festivals, ensuring safety, economy, and suitability to traditional culture and national identity; and promote public awareness of traffic safety...

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee presented gifts to the officers and soldiers of the Si Pha Phin Border Guard Station.

After cutting the ribbon and unveiling the "Great Solidarity" house for the families of Mr. Giàng A Lồng, Chế Nhù village, Si Pa Phìn commune (Nậm Pồ district) and Lý A Nỏ, Huổi Mí village, Ma Thì Hồ commune (Mường Chà district), the Deputy Prime Minister and the delegation cordially visited, encouraged, and extended warm New Year wishes to the two families. The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his hope that in the new year, the families and people in the villages would continue to work hard, develop the economy, eradicate poverty, and strive for a stable life…

Also on the morning of January 28th, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai and his delegation visited and extended New Year greetings to the Si Pha Phin Border Guard Station in Nam Po district.

Representatives from the Vietnam Social Policy Bank presented Tet (Lunar New Year) support funds to poor households and families entitled to preferential policies in Nam Po district.

Following that, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai and his delegation celebrated Tet (Lunar New Year) with the Party Committee, government, armed forces, and people of various ethnic groups in Muong Cha district.
