My Thuong Ward organizes pilot testing of new model

HNN.VN - On June 23, My Thuong ward (including Phu Thuong ward - Thuan Hoa district; Phu My commune, Phu An commune - Phu Vang district) organized a pilot test of a new model. According to the trial operation program, on the morning of June 23rd, the Party Committee of My Thuong ward held its first meeting of the Ward Party Committee Executive Board, approving the working regulations of the Ward Party Committee Executive Board and other important contents, discussing and issuing a resolution to comprehensively lead all political tasks for the last six months of 2025.

In the second phase of the trial operation scenario, the People's Council of My Thuong Ward held its first session of the first term, 2021-2026, under the chairmanship of the Ward Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council. With a new spirit and mindset, the trial operation procedure for the first session was implemented seriously and in accordance with regulations and guidelines.

Also on the morning of June 23rd, the My Thuong Ward Public Administrative Service Center conducted trial operations according to scenarios such as: operating the electronic document management software, receiving and processing basic administrative procedures for citizens and businesses. This is considered a crucial step in evaluating the readiness of the commune/ward-level administrative apparatus to serve under the new model.

Through a pilot program aimed at comprehensively testing the organizational and operational capabilities of commune and ward-level governments after restructuring, the city will assess the leadership and management capacity of local Party committees and governments under the new model. This will allow for timely adjustments to operational processes and mechanisms to ensure the smooth, effective, and efficient functioning of the system in serving citizens and businesses. The pilot program also aims to help officials and civil servants familiarize themselves with the new organizational model, a crucial preparatory step before the citywide commune and ward-level government officially begins operations on July 1st.
