According to the trial operation program, on the morning of June 23, the Party Committee of My Thuong Ward held the first meeting of the Party Executive Committee of the Ward, approved the working regulations of the Party Executive Committee of the Ward and other important contents, discussed and issued a resolution to comprehensively lead the political tasks in the last 6 months of 2025.

In the second working content according to the pilot operation scenario, the People's Council of My Thuong Ward has just held the first session of the first term, 2021 - 2026 under the direction of the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of the ward. With a new spirit and mindset, the order of pilot operation of the first session has been seriously implemented by the ward, in accordance with regulations and instructions.

Also on the morning of June 23, the My Thuong Ward Public Administration Service Center conducted a pilot operation according to scenarios such as: Operating electronic document management software, receiving and processing basic administrative procedures of people and businesses. This is considered a key step to assess the level of service readiness of the commune and ward administrative apparatus according to the new model.

Through the trial operation, the organization and operation capacity of the commune and ward authorities after the reorganization will be comprehensively tested. Thereby, the city will evaluate the leadership and direction capacity of the Party Committee and local authorities according to the new model, promptly adjust the operating procedures and mechanisms to ensure the apparatus operates smoothly, effectively, efficiently, and without interruption in serving the people and businesses. The trial process also aims to help cadres and civil servants approach and get acquainted with the new organizational model, which is an important preparation step before the commune and ward authorities of the whole city officially come into operation from July 1.
