Fire trucks, ambulances, and vehicles used for maintenance, emergency response, and rescue operations are permitted to circulate normally. Other vehicles will circulate normally according to the established road signage system on the route.
During the closure period, the aforementioned vehicles may travel on other routes. Specifically, the route from Da Nang to Hoi An and vice versa will follow Provincial Road 607, National Highway 1, and the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway via cross roads such as Provincial Road 603, Highway 8.DB, Provincial Road 607B, and Provincial Road 608. The route from Nui Thanh to Hoi An and vice versa will follow National Highway 1 and the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway via cross roads such as Provincial Road 613, National Highway 14E, National Highway 40B, and other cross roads in the south.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Construction to install traffic signs according to the adjusted traffic organization plan for sections 1 and 2. They are also to coordinate with the Provincial Police Traffic Police and local authorities to monitor traffic conditions on provincial roads DT.603B, DT.619, and other roads directly and indirectly connecting to DT.603B and DT.619 to implement measures to ensure traffic safety.
