Quang Tri seeks investors for the Southwest National Highway 1 Residential Area project

The Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Tri province said it is inviting interested investors to register to implement the National Highway 1 Southwest Residential Area Project (phase 2), Ho Xa town.

Accordingly, the project is calling for investment with a total investment of nearly 219 billion VND, land use area of ​​about 7.3 hectares. The implementation location is in Ho Xa town, Vinh Linh district, Quang Tri province.

The housing product structure of the project includes: townhouses, townhouses, with a population of about 1,050 people. The project does not have land for social housing development. The expected investment period is from 2024 to 2026 (about 20 months).

According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Tri, to implement the Project, investors must have a minimum equity capital of more than 43 billion VND and experience in implementing similar projects.

It is known that currently in Vinh Linh district there are 3 other projects calling for investment: Ho Xa 3 Market (10 billion VND); Bau Dung Ecological Lake (70 billion VND); Urban Area of ​​Hamlet 5 - Ho Xa Town (120 billion VND).
