“When women are in charge” is a project to develop the initiative "Vietnamese women are confident in doing business " with the goal of inspiring millions of Vietnamese women.

New TV show “When women rule”.

Immediately after launching, there were nearly 500 applications to participate in the program. The Organizing Committee selected 20 excellent candidates to enter the selection round. Here, the candidates will have the opportunity to share their inspirational startup stories and introduce their products to the panel of judges. The 5 best candidates were selected to continue to the challenge round.

In each challenge round, 5 contestants will pass the following tests: Creating videos that can attract target customers; Creating videos that can convert and manage risks. Before that, the contestants will learn skills from leading experts in each field.

After each challenge, the judges and the audience in the studio will score the presentation. The two contestants with the highest scores after 3 challenges will advance to the Final round, with the final challenge being a Livestream. The overall winner will be the owner of a prize worth 100 million VND.

In addition, the audience also has the opportunity to access a lot of useful knowledge from the sharp commentary of the judging panel who have many years of experience in the fields of business, startups, and marketing. The program also gathers a team of young consultants and coaches with experience and impressive achievements on the digital platform.
