Samsung Innovation Campus brings technology to 3,200 students and teachers

Samsung Vietnam has just concluded the Technology Talent Development Project - Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) 2022-2023.

The project has been widely deployed in 33 schools in 12 provinces and cities, providing training opportunities and developing technology knowledge for more than 3,200 students and teachers nationwide... after nearly 1 year of implementation.

The students have participated in various courses such as Basic Programming Skills for the Internet of Things, AI and Big Data at SIC 2022-2023. At the same time, the project also provides opportunities to improve professional capacity and practical teaching ability for more than 200 teachers through training courses designed by leading experts from Samsung and major research institutions and universities nationwide.

Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, Mr. Choi Joo Ho, General Director of Samsung Vietnam, highly appreciated the efforts of students and teachers after 1 year of implementing the SIC 2022-2023 project.

“What I feel most excited about is that with the knowledge base acquired through the courses, students have been able to apply technology to create real products and models. I hope that young Vietnamese people will continue to improve their ability to apply digital technology , gradually becoming technology talents, leading the 4.0 revolution,” said Mr. Choi.

In Vietnam, officially launched on September 21, 2022, Samsung Innovation Campus 2022 - 2023 provides 3 technology capacity development courses for young people aged 14-24, including: Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data and 1 basic programming skills course (Coding & Programming)... along with specialized knowledge and projects, it also provides career skills content to support and improve students throughout the program.
