Through understanding public opinion, people and organizations all agree with the State's policies and support mechanisms and policies for compensation and site clearance.

Mr. Nguyen Van Nhat added: Currently, there is only one problem related to the unit price of assets and structures of units in Dong Pho Moi Industrial Park. With this content, the Ward People's Committee has hired a consulting unit to carry out the steps of counting and valuation, then carry out the next steps to pay.

At the recent meeting to evaluate the progress and agree on the plan for implementing the site clearance work, comrade Trinh Viet Hung - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Steering Committee for Site Clearance of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong Railway Construction Investment Project, the section passing through Lao Cai province requested the Steering Committee, the Steering Committee's Support Team, relevant departments, branches and localities to focus on ensuring the conditions for the project groundbreaking ceremony on December 19 to take place safely, in accordance with the requirements set by the Central Government and the province.

In resettlement areas, construction progress is also being accelerated.

Along with the preparation work for the project's groundbreaking, these days, construction units are taking advantage of favorable weather to dig and fill soil and rock, level the resettlement projects to serve the site clearance for the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong high-speed railway project, contributing to ensuring the project's progress as required by the Government.
