
Overview of the working session.
At the meeting, Dr. Tran Chi Thanh, a former student of MPEI, expressed his joy in receiving the delegation of MPEI and KAZAN. Dr. Tran Chi Thanh shared that he had previously studied nuclear power at Moscow Power Engineering School (1983-1989), and had deep impressions of the school's curriculum and curriculum. Dr. Tran Chi Thanh discussed with Mr. Rogalev Nikolay about the direction of human resource development in the field of nuclear energy, with special emphasis on the need to train nuclear engineering, operation and safety experts to meet the requirements of the industry in the coming period.
The discussion focused on the following cooperation directions: Undergraduate and postgraduate training programs and curricula in nuclear energy; Short-term training courses on energy engineering and radiation safety; Exchange of experts, lecturers and postgraduate students between the two institutions; Cooperation in implementing scientific research and technology development topics; Establishment of nuclear power research facilities in Vietnam.
Mr. Rogalev Nikolay affirmed that MPEI always values the traditional cooperative relationship with Vietnam and is ready to support human resource training for Vietnam to help Vietnam develop its nuclear power program.
On VINATOM's side, Dr. Tran Chi Thanh emphasized that strengthening international cooperation, especially with leading universities such as MPEI, is an important factor in preparing high-quality human resources for Vietnam's nuclear power program.

The working session took place in a friendly, open and future-oriented atmosphere, opening up many new prospects for cooperation between VINATOM and MPEI in training and scientific research.
