In accordance with Plan No. 71/KH-K02-P1 dated February 28, 2025, of the Mobile Police Command; Plan No. 05/KH-CAT-PK02 dated January 9, 2025, of the Director of the Provincial Police on training the Mobile Police force in 2025; and plans to ensure security and order and protect the Party Congress at all levels, the Mobile Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police has developed plans for training implementation.

Accordingly, seven advanced training courses were organized, focusing on the following contents: shooting various types of military firearms; People's Police martial arts; training and drills for combat plans; movement techniques combined with controlling working dogs; training in specialized professional situations...
A representative of the provincial police leadership delivered a speech at the reporting program.
Regarding the training of the Reserve Mobile Police Regiment, one training course was organized for 146 out of 787 officers. The training content included: combat techniques and tactics; military firearms shooting; firefighting and rescue operations; and People's Police martial arts.
In addition, the teams continue to conduct regular training to improve their professional skills and expertise to meet the unit's combat readiness requirements.

In the training and practice of combat plans, immediately after the Provincial Police Department issued the plans and strategies, the Mobile Police Department developed a training plan and practiced the combat plans of the Mobile Police force.
This includes intensive training on various scenarios for handling complex security situations that may arise during the Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 20th Provincial Party Congress.
Typical training content includes: skills in handling various situations during the work of the Mobile Police force; plans for dispersing unruly and riotous crowds; plans for apprehending terrorists and rescuing hostages in high-rise buildings.

The soldiers performed qigong exercises.
According to assessments, the officers and soldiers participating in the training courses made great efforts and successfully completed the training program. The physical fitness and skills of each officer and soldier improved; they can now proficiently use various weapons, vehicles, professional equipment, and support tools; and their situational handling skills during mission execution have been enhanced. The quality of training and practical exercises of the officers and soldiers was good, with many achieving high results (rated as good or excellent).
After training, officers and soldiers are capable of effectively performing tasks to ensure security and order; they possess strong political resolve, a firm grasp of laws, professional skills, techniques, and tactics, good health, and are fully capable of successfully completing assigned tasks.
