How to get along the Electric Pole route?

The reopened route is a road that follows the system of power poles, commonly known as the Power Pole Road . Tourists need to depart between 5:00 AM and 11:00 AM, register at the security checkpoint at the foot of the mountain, and follow the instructions of the authorities throughout the journey.

Why did I temporarily stop trekking?

Trekking activities on Mount Ba Den were temporarily suspended from the beginning of October 2025 due to Typhoon Bualoi. Prolonged heavy rain caused localized landslides, and the hilly terrain became slippery, posing a safety risk to tourists. After controlling the risk factors, the road route along the Power Pole was reopened under controlled conditions.

Mount Ba Den, at 986 meters, is the highest mountain in Southern Vietnam. Besides the hiking trail, the tourist area features a cable car system that takes visitors to Ba Den Temple and the summit. It attracts a large number of young people who choose to experience mountain climbing on weekends.
