Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh highly appreciated the dedication and thoughtfulness of the Center's staff in caring for people with meritorious service, affirming that this is a sacred political task, reflecting the national tradition of "remembering the source when drinking water" and "repaying gratitude." He also expressed his hope that the Center would continue to promote its role, improve the quality of services, and create the best conditions to care for the material and spiritual lives of policy beneficiaries.

On this occasion, city leaders presented meaningful gifts to the staff of the Center for the Care and Rehabilitation of War Veterans and the soldiers of the 192nd Search and Recovery Team, demonstrating the deep concern of the Party Committee, the government, and the people of the city for the work of showing gratitude and repaying kindness.
The City Military Command organized a meeting with 118 people, including wounded soldiers, relatives of martyrs, children of wounded soldiers, and children of sick soldiers working in agencies and units under the City Military Command, to commemorate the 78th anniversary of the Day of Wounded Soldiers and Martyrs.

Lieutenant Colonel Truong Viet Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the City Military Command, expressed his deep gratitude, offered words of encouragement, acknowledged, commended, and highly appreciated the wounded soldiers, relatives of martyrs, children of wounded soldiers, and children of sick soldiers for their continuous efforts, overcoming difficulties, uniting, and successfully completing the tasks assigned by their agencies, units, and the City Military Command.
At the same time, we hope that in the coming time, war invalids, relatives of martyrs, children of war invalids, and children of sick soldiers will continue to uphold family traditions, promote a sense of responsibility, strive to study and train to further improve their political acumen and professional skills, and be ready to accept and successfully complete assigned tasks in each position, contributing to building strong and comprehensive agencies and units that are "exemplary and outstanding," as well as building and caring for increasingly exemplary, happy, and prosperous families.
On this occasion, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Commander of Military Region 4, presented five gifts to the relatives of five martyrs who sacrificed their lives while carrying out rescue and relief missions at Rao Trang 3 Hydropower Plant.
