The Provincial Inspectorate, in coordination with the Provincial Citizen Reception Board, provided guidance on skills and procedures in receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, petitions, and feedback; and guidance on resolving complaints and denunciations.
This includes conveying the basic content on organizing citizen reception at the Provincial and District Citizen Reception Offices, and some experiences in organizing regular citizen receptions by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairmen of the District, Town, and City People's Committees; some content on handling complaints, denunciations, petitions, and feedback; the process of resolving complaints and denunciations; and some experiences in advising on the resolution of complex and large-scale complaint and denunciation cases.
The conference focused on the core content of the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciations, and guiding documents for their implementation, as well as procedures for receiving citizens, processing applications, and resolving complaints and denunciations issued by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on September 5, 2023; providing guidance, exchanging professional knowledge, and sharing experiences to help inspectors, officials, and civil servants in the province fully understand the legal regulations to apply in their activities of receiving citizens, processing applications, and resolving complaints and denunciations...
