On the morning of August 28, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee organized a training course to update knowledge according to Regulation 164-QD/TW of the Politburo for cadres of the 4 categories managed by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee in 2024.
The training and knowledge update course had 158 participants who are leaders and managers of departments, agencies, units, wards, communes and secondary schools, primary schools and kindergartens in the city. During 1 day, the participants were taught, exchanged and discussed by lecturers of the Provincial Political School on 2 topics: National digital transformation and local practices; Democratic centralism - The fundamental principle to build a clean and strong Party.
Through the training course, trainees can promptly update and supplement new knowledge, at the same time improve their capacity and moral qualities, and equip themselves with the necessary knowledge to flexibly and creatively apply in performing tasks at agencies, units, and localities, meeting the requirements of tasks in the current period.
