Warning: On December 12th, both day and night, the northern South China Sea area (including the Hoang Sa Special Administrative Region) will experience strong northeasterly winds of force 6, gusting to force 7-8, with waves 2.0-4.0m high and rough seas.
All vessels operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
