In accordance with the Law on Organization of Local Government in 2015; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of Government and the Law on Organization of Local Government in 2019; and at the request of the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council decided to convene the 15th Session (special session) of the 18th Provincial People's Council to address matters within its authority.
At the meeting scheduled for the afternoon of September 11th at the Giao Te Hotel in Vinh City, the Provincial People's Council is expected to carry out personnel work within its authority, including the dismissal and election of additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
At this session, the Provincial People's Committee will submit 11 draft resolutions for the Provincial People's Council to consider, discuss, and approve.
Specifically: Resolution implementing Resolution No. 165/NQ-CP dated December 20, 2022 of the Government on tuition fees for public educational institutions in the 2022-2023 school year in Nghe An province.
Resolution on supplementing and adjusting the plan for development investment capital from the central budget for the period 2021-2025 to implement the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Nghe An province.
The resolution stipulates the content and level of support for production development under the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Nghe An province for the period 2021-2025.
The resolution approves the list of works and projects requiring land acquisition as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 62 of the Land Law in Nghe An province.
Resolution on converting the land use purpose of rice cultivation land and protective forest land as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 58 of the Land Law and Clause 2, Article 4 of Resolution No. 36/2021/QH15 of the National Assembly to implement works and projects in Nghe An province.
Resolution on converting forest land to other uses for project implementation in Nghe An province.
Resolution on the allocation and adjustment of development investment capital and recurrent expenditure capital from the central budget for the implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Development in Nghe An province for the period 2021-2025.
Resolution on the allocation of contingency funds and adjustment of the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025.
Resolution on handling the remaining unspent capital under the 2022 local government budget public investment plan.
