Adhering to the principle of "selecting only those who are truly qualified," the recruitment and conscription process in Tien Giang province has become well-organized and highly effective, ensuring 100% of the assigned quota is met. The health, age, and educational qualifications of young people from Tien Giang province enlisting in the military are all higher than in previous years. Specifically, 68.5% are classified as health category 1 or 2; 78.4% are aged 18 to 21; 21.14% have technical or professional qualifications; 0.21% are Party members; and 99.79% are Youth Union members.
