Recently, the situation of counterfeit, fake and poor quality goods has been rampant, causing many consequences. Hanoi is drafting a Resolution detailing a number of specific policies to develop science, technology and innovation. This is an important document to concretize the orientation from the Capital Law 2024; Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU of the Politburo ; Law on Science, Technology and Innovation, and at the same time propose 5 specific policy groups to remove barriers, create a favorable legal and financial corridor to help science, technology and innovation become new growth drivers of the Capital.

The 2024 Capital Law was issued with many important new points, creating a tighter legal corridor for the development of Hanoi in general and each worker in particular.
