In addition, Delcy Rodriguez will continue to hold the position of Vice President, but will also serve as Venezuela's Minister of Oil.

Yvan Gil and Vladimir Padrino will continue to hold the positions of Foreign Minister and Defense Minister, respectively, while Diosdado Cabello – leader of the ruling United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) – will assume the role of Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace .

The ruling, announced by Chief Justice Caryslia Rodriguez, emphasized that the Supreme Court of Justice “unquestionably certifies the electoral documents and confirms the results of the presidential election of July 28, 2024, as announced by the National Electoral Council (CNE),” and explicitly named Maduro as the winner.
