Through this, we will more effectively disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and exemplary individuals and good deeds in learning from and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example, contributing to creating consensus throughout society. Can Tho City will create the best possible conditions for journalists to work and operate in the area.
