Some places may have moderate to heavy rain, especially between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Ho Chi Minh City residents are advised to proactively bring raincoats when going out in the afternoon, avoid taking shelter under trees or near areas at risk of lightning. Vehicles on the road should carefully observe low-lying areas and localized flooding when there is heavy rain.
