According to information from the People's Committee of Ward 27, the collapsed house was 4 stories high. The owner of the house is currently calling someone to repair the house. While drilling, the weak foundation caused the house to collapse completely.

Previously, the homeowner had submitted a request to repair and re-floor the house due to its tilt. However, on the very first day the workers arrived to repair the house, an incident occurred.
