CONCLUSION 1 — *Mr. Tran Hoang Tuan delivered a speech at the conference.*

In his directive speech at the Conference, Mr. Tran Hoang Tuan requested that the heads of departments, agencies, People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities, and relevant agencies and units study and review the contents of the inspection report, fully and clearly identifying the shortcomings, violations, and deficiencies mentioned in the inspection report. Following this, they should seriously review and take appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with the law against the relevant organizations and individuals.

At the same time, develop tasks and solutions for implementing each proposed item; clearly define the specific implementation time; and identify the agencies, organizations, and individuals responsible for implementation.

Mr. Tran Hoang Tuan also instructed the Provincial People's Committee Office to post the inspection conclusions at the Provincial People's Committee headquarters for 15 consecutive days, as stipulated by law.

The Department of Finance, in coordination with relevant departments, agencies, and localities, will review and clearly define the responsibilities for advising the Provincial People's Committee on the decision to recover and handle the amount of over 818 billion VND in violations discovered through the inspection, as specifically stated in the Inspection Report.

CONCLUSION 2 — *A view of the conference.*

The Department of Planning and Investment will take the lead, coordinating with relevant agencies, units, and localities to comprehensively review 118 commercial, service, agricultural , and socialized projects that have existing problems and obstacles discovered through inspections; clarify the responsibilities of each organization and individual involved in errors, limitations, and violations to handle them seriously according to the law and organize remedial measures.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment, in coordination with relevant agencies and units, will implement measures to rectify violations in the management and use of land and minerals for 26 sand mines designated for licensing without auctioning the right to exploit them in the province from January 1, 2016 to October 31, 2021; 58 projects involving the conversion of land use from rice cultivation land and protective forest land without a resolution or with a converted area larger than the area determined in the Provincial People's Council resolution from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020; and 73 projects that are inconsistent with the land use plan at the time of the investment policy decision.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Provincial Tax Department, the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Transportation Works, the Management Board of Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works, and the People's Committee of Quang Ngai City to fully and clearly identify the shortcomings, violations, and deficiencies and take corrective measures in accordance with the inspection report. The deadline for completion is no later than December 5, 2024.
