Delegates visited the photo exhibition "Pride of Navy Soldiers".

This is a practical activity towards the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); welcoming the 14th Congress of the Navy Party Committee and the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Naval Region 5 (October 26, 1975 - October 26, 2025).

The exhibition introduces 300 photos, clearly reflecting the process of formation, construction, combat, growth and development of the Vietnam People's Navy in general and Naval Region 5 in particular. The photo content focuses on the tasks of training, combat readiness, patrolling, and protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands, along with simple but emotional daily images of officers and soldiers who are on duty day and night in the southwestern sea of the Fatherland.

The moments in each frame are not simply documents of daily tasks, but vivid evidence of the challenging and resilient journey of the marine soldiers. Images of ships overcoming waves, overnight patrols, high-intensity training sessions or the will to fight in the middle of the ocean… all appear realistically, demonstrating the bravery, perseverance and dedication of officers and soldiers at the forefront.

In addition to military and defense missions, the photo exhibition also deeply depicts the close relationship between navy soldiers and the people and local authorities. Through activities such as rescue, disaster relief, supporting people in responding to natural disasters, joining hands to build new rural areas, guiding people to go offshore, cling to the sea... the image of the soldier appears close, responsible and full of humanity. This is also the positive message spread from the exhibition: Navy soldiers are not only a force protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands, but also a solid support for the people in the area where they are stationed.

In particular, the photo exhibition has a separate space to introduce typical results in the process of implementing the Resolution of the Party Congress of Naval Region 5 and the Navy Service for the 2020-2025 term. Through each documentary image, viewers can clearly feel the efforts, sense of responsibility and determination to build a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong unit, "exemplary, typical" of officers and soldiers of Naval Region 5.

During the 6 days of organization, the photo exhibition “Pride of Navy Soldiers” attracted thousands of officers, soldiers, youth union members and students in the area to visit and learn. The exhibition space not only helps viewers better understand the life, work, study and work of marine soldiers, but also contributes to arousing patriotism, fostering a sense of responsibility in preserving and protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland, especially for today's young generation.
