(CLO) On the morning of January 16th, in Hanoi, the National Museum of History, in coordination with the Archives Department of the Central Party Office, organized the exhibition " The Communist Party of Vietnam - Historical Milestones".
The event was organized to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), and in preparation for the 14th National Congress of the Party.
With over 150 artifacts, documents, and images, the exhibition provides an overview of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam; 13 Party Congresses with their correct, strong, and wise decisions; historical milestones such as victories and achievements; lessons learned from the Vietnamese revolution under the Party's leadership; and the unity, solidarity, and concerted efforts of the entire Party, people, and army over the past 95 years.

The exhibition consists of several sections: Section 1, themed "The Founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930)", introduces the role of President Ho Chi Minh in disseminating Marxism-Leninism in Vietnam; and the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 3, 1930, to fulfill its mission of leading the Vietnamese revolution. Representative documents and artifacts displayed in this section include: The Indictment of the French Colonial Regime, Thanh Nien Newspaper, the Party's Political Platform and brief strategy, the Party's Charter… and a collection of artifacts titled "The People's Devotion to the Party".
Part 2, themed "The Communist Party of Vietnam - Historical Milestones," showcases the Party's guidelines, policies, and strategies through 13 congresses, linked to the nation's historical milestones and the country's achievements under the Party's leadership from 1930 to the present, especially during nearly 40 years of national renewal and international integration.
The concluding section, themed "Towards the 14th National Congress of the Party," introduces the preparations for the 14th National Congress of the Party: gathering opinions on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th Party Congress; and the work of training and updating the knowledge and skills of cadres being considered for membership in the 14th Central Committee of the Party.
Many artifacts are on display at the exhibition.
The documents and artifacts presented in this section include: Party and State leaders attending the press conference of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on August 3, 2024; meetings to gather feedback on the draft Political Report and documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress…; General Secretary To Lam presiding over the first session of the Central Steering Committee on continuing to innovate and reorganize the political system's apparatus to be streamlined, effective, and efficient, on November 19, 2024; the national scientific conference "The New Era, the Era of the Vietnamese Nation's Advancement - Theoretical and Practical Issues", on November 15, 2024…
According to the leaders of the National History Museum, the exhibition helps Party members, people from all walks of life, especially the younger generation, to better understand the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Party's wise leadership, and the strength of national unity, creating important historical milestones over the past 95 years. Through this, it aims to awaken pride, a sense of self-reliance and self-improvement, and create positive motivation for each Vietnamese citizen to better understand their responsibility in building a stronger Vietnam, overcoming all difficulties, and uniting to successfully achieve the goal of a prosperous, strong, democratic, just, and civilized nation.
The exhibition will take place from January 16th to March 16th at the National Museum of History, 216 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
