According to the announcement from the Vietnamese-German University, the supplementary admissions round will accept applications until September 7th with four admission methods: High school academic results; High school graduation exam results; Direct admission for excellent students; and Admission for students with international high school diplomas or certificates such as IBD, AS/A-Level/IGCSE, WACE, GED… or international aptitude test certificates (SAT, TestAS, ACT…).

The Vietnamese-German University requires a minimum English proficiency level such as a valid IELTS Academic certificate with a score of 5.0 or higher; a minimum score of 70/100 on the university-organized English test; and an average English score of 7.5 or higher (on a 10-point scale) for candidates applying through the high school graduation exam score and high school academic performance.
Tuition fees for programs at the Vietnamese-German University range from 42-45 million VND/year for Vietnamese students and 63-68 million VND/year for international students.
Candidates with high entrance exam scores, high scores on international aptitude tests, and winners of science and technology competitions are eligible for tuition fee reductions ranging from 25% to 100%.
