Diverse forms of propaganda and education
To ensure that the younger generation understands the glorious revolutionary traditions of their homeland and the immense value of independence and freedom today, propaganda and education work has been identified as a key task by all levels of the Youth Union and Youth Association in the province, focusing on mobilizing resources for regular and continuous implementation. Through many effective solutions, the Youth Union and Youth Association at all levels have focused on implementing propaganda and education work with a clear focus and innovation in both content and form.
The central and overarching theme is the dissemination and education of the revolutionary traditions of the homeland, fostering patriotism and gratitude for the contributions of previous generations in regaining independence and freedom for the nation.
Besides direct methods such as organizing thematic activities, seminars, dialogues, and trips to historical sites, the Youth Union and Youth Association at all levels have intensified the use and exploitation of social networks to enhance the effectiveness of propaganda and education for each member and young person.
Currently, the entire province has 230 fanpages, 230 Zalo groups, and 15 Mocha 35 groups established by Youth Union organizations at all levels to disseminate information on the Internet and social media; posting more than 8,500 propaganda articles each year.
The propaganda content helps Youth Union members understand the revolutionary ideals of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh ; the revolutionary traditions and local history; fully study and understand the directives and resolutions of the Party and the Youth Union; and spread examples of good people and good deeds...
This contributes to shaping revolutionary ideals and ethics for youth union members; promoting the pioneering spirit of young people, setting a good example, cultivating and preserving moral qualities, having a sense of organizational discipline, always upholding a high sense of responsibility, overcoming difficulties to successfully complete assigned tasks.
In addition, the Youth Union and Associations at all levels also organize diverse activities to instill gratitude in the hearts and minds of the younger generation through activities such as: the Candlelight Ceremony to honor fallen heroes and martyrs and giving gifts to families of policy beneficiaries, wounded and sick soldiers on July 27th; caring for and supporting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; commending advanced youth who follow Uncle Ho's teachings...
Continuing to write the glorious chapter of history about the new generation of youth.
Out of gratitude to the preceding generations, the youth of Ninh Binh have been clearly demonstrating their aspiration to dedicate their youthful energy to the revolutionary cause of the new era, which is to protect and build their homeland and country to become increasingly prosperous, beautiful, and civilized. This aspiration is expressed through concrete actions such as: the "Youth Volunteer Movement for Community Life"; and the "Youth Starting Businesses, Establishing Careers, and Taking the Lead in Defending the Fatherland" movement.

In the first three months of 2024 alone, the youth of Ninh Binh province carried out over 1,600 projects and tasks, benefiting society by more than 4.5 billion VND.
Notable achievements include planting over 24,000 new trees; collecting over 50 tons of waste; implementing over 30 youth projects on "Bright, Green, Clean, Beautiful, Civilized, and Safe Roads"; building and repairing 10 "Lighting Up Rural Roads" projects; constructing 5 "Red Scarf" houses and "Houses of Compassion" for families of policy beneficiaries, youth union members, and disadvantaged children; implementing 20 projects on free public Wi-Fi hotspots and digital libraries; donating nearly 8,000 gifts, and donating 1,700 units of blood...
Besides volunteer activities, youth union members are also enthusiastically engaged in production and economic development. With the support of the Youth Union and Associations at all levels in vocational training, job placement, and loan provision, many young people have boldly started businesses, helping to create jobs and increase income for youth union members in the province.
Particularly thanks to preferential capital under Resolution No. 103/2023/NQ-HĐND (formerly Resolution No. 43/2018/NQ-HĐND) of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council on supporting startup loans and production and business development for young people in Ninh Binh province, more than 800 startup and business models of young people have accessed capital; many models have been built and developed, generating hundreds of millions of dong in revenue each year.
In the first three months of 2024 alone, the Youth Union and Youth Association at all levels disbursed 11.47 billion VND under Resolution No. 103 to 89 youth union projects to support entrepreneurship and business expansion. Continuing the revolutionary tradition, youth union members in the province also actively responded to the "Youth Vanguard in Protecting the Fatherland" movement, enthusiastically enlisting in the military and participating in ensuring local security and order.
During the recent recruitment season, 1,450 young people from the province seriously complied with the conscription order into military and police units, ensuring 100% of the 2024 recruitment quota was met. Locally, young people also actively participated in 320 security and order maintenance task forces, nearly 200 youth self-governing groups; and maintained 21 youth-managed security and order routes...
Today's youth in Ninh Binh are continuing the revolutionary traditions of previous generations; maintaining a spirit of initiative and volunteerism, constantly striving, training, and innovating in all fields of study and work; leaving a positive mark with youth projects that have profound social significance, creating a strong ripple effect, attracting not only youth union members but also the people to participate, contributing to building a more prosperous, beautiful, and civilized Ninh Binh homeland.
