On the first day of the high school graduation exam, nearly 1,500 free meals were prepared at kindergartens in Luu Hoang, Phuong Tu, Dong Tan, Quang Phu Cau, and Ung Hoa Town Primary School. The kitchens, food preparation areas, and rest rooms were cleaned and disinfected. The meals were carefully prepared, ensuring nutrition, hygiene, and food safety.

According to Ngo Tien Hoang, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ung Hoa District, the 2025 high school graduation exam has special significance, not only because it is an important exam in the students' academic journey, but also because it takes place at a historical time when the whole country is reorganizing administrative boundaries and implementing a two-tiered local government model. Therefore, more than ever, the district is determined to organize the exam safely, seriously, objectively, and effectively, ensuring maximum rights and favorable conditions for the candidates...

Within the district, there are 5 examination centers located at the following schools: Ung Hoa B High School, Luu Hoang High School, Quang Phu Cau Junior High School, Nguyen Thuong Hien Junior High School, and Phuong Tu Junior High School, with a total of 2,347 candidates. The district has directed relevant departments and units to thoroughly review all facilities and prepare sufficient equipment at the examination centers; at the same time, they have developed specific plans to ensure electricity supply, communication, traffic safety, security and order, environmental hygiene, and food safety.

Besides professional work, Ung Hoa district also pays special attention to activities supporting students during exam season. The "Meals of Love" program is a highlight of this year's exam season in Ung Hoa district.

This is the fourth year the program has been implemented, becoming a beautiful tradition during exam season in Ung Hoa. According to Nghiem Thi Thu Trang, President of the Ung Hoa District Red Cross Society, the "Meals of Love" program has spread to individuals, Party members, and businesses in the area. Teachers, kindergarten teachers, Youth Union members, and a large number of local residents have all enthusiastically participated.

With close coordination between the Red Cross, the Department of Education and Training, the District Youth Union, and schools, nearly 1,500 free meals were carefully prepared, ensuring nutrition and food safety to support candidates and their families at 5 examination sites.

The concern extended beyond the examination rooms, encompassing even meals and rest, a testament to the compassionate traditions of Ung Hoa - the heroic Khu Chay region. Particularly noteworthy was the support from over 150 organizations, individuals, and units: Sunrice Import-Export Co., Ltd. (30 million VND), Captain Nguyen Phuong Thao (5 million VND), leaders of the District Party Committee, District People's Committee, District Investment and Construction Management Board, associations, organizations, communes, and schools in the district, totaling over 150 million VND in donations.

“We have always recognized that this is not just a simple volunteer activity, but a beautiful cultural aspect of Ung Hoa district – a rural area still facing many difficulties, but rich in compassion. Each meal is not only nutritious but also serves as encouragement, giving strength to help the students feel confident and perform well in their exams. The meals, prepared from early morning by teachers, parents, youth union members, Red Cross officials, etc., are the culmination of love and sharing. We hope that this beautiful image will continue to be maintained and spread throughout the community as a message of solidarity, compassion, and responsibility towards the younger generation,” said Nghiem Thi Thu Trang, President of the Ung Hoa District Red Cross Society.
