On the first day of the high school exam, nearly 1,500 free meals were cooked at kindergartens: Luu Hoang, Phuong Tu, Dong Tan, Quang Phu Cau and Ung Hoa town primary school. The kitchen space, processing area, and rest rooms were cleaned and disinfected. Meals were carefully prepared, ensuring nutrition, hygiene, and food safety.
According to Vice Chairman of Ung Hoa District People's Committee Ngo Tien Hoang, the 2025 high school graduation exam has special significance, not only because it is an important exam in the learning journey of students, but also because it takes place at a historic time, when the whole country is rearranging administrative boundaries and implementing a two-level local government model. Therefore, more than ever, the district is determined to organize the exam safely, seriously, objectively, effectively, ensuring maximum benefits and favorable conditions for candidates...
In the district, there are 5 examination sites at schools: Ung Hoa B High School, Luu Hoang High School, Quang Phu Cau Secondary School, Nguyen Thuong Hien Secondary School, Phuong Tu Secondary School with a total of 2,347 candidates taking the exam. The district has directed departments and units to carefully review all facilities and prepare adequate equipment at the examination sites; at the same time, develop specific plans to ensure power supply, communication, traffic safety, security and order, environmental sanitation and food safety.
In addition to professional work, Ung Hoa district also pays special attention to exam support activities. The charity meal program is a humane highlight in this year's exam season of Ung Hoa district.
This is the fourth year the program has been implemented, becoming a beautiful feature of the exam season in Ung Hoa. According to the President of the Ung Hoa District Red Cross Society, Nghiem Thi Thu Trang, the loving meal program has spread to every individual, party member, and business in the area. Teachers, childcare workers, union members, youth and many local people have enthusiastically participated.
With close coordination between the Red Cross, the Departmentof Education and Training, the District Youth Union and schools, nearly 1,500 free meals were carefully prepared, ensuring nutrition and food safety to support candidates and their relatives at 5 exam locations.
The attention was not only to the examination room, but also to every meal and sleep, demonstrating the tradition of affection of the heroic Ung Hoa - Fire Zone. Especially the support of more than 150 organizations, individuals and units: Sunrice Import-Export Company Limited (30 million VND), Captain Nguyen Phuong Thao (5 million VND), leaders of the District Party Committee, District People's Committee, District Construction Investment Management Board, associations, unions, communes, schools in the district..., with a total support amount of more than 150 million VND.
“We always affirm that this is not just a simple volunteer activity, but also the beauty and culture of Ung Hoa district - a rural area with many difficulties, but rich in love. Each meal is not only nutritious, but also a word of encouragement, giving the children more strength to confidently do well in the exam. The meals are prepared early in the morning by teachers, parents, union members, youth, Red Cross officers... are the crystallization of love and sharing. Hopefully, this beautiful image will continue to be maintained and spread in the community as a message of solidarity, humanity and responsibility to the young generation", said Nghiem Thi Thu Trang, President of Ung Hoa District Red Cross.
Ms. Bui Hoa Ban, parent of Van Hong Ngoc - a student at Ung Hoa B High School, shared that although the meal was small, it was worth more than a thousand words of encouragement to parents and students.
