Authorize the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lao Cai to issue Land Use Right Certificates until the end of 2027

The Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee has just signed and issued Decision No. 2082 dated August 16, 2024 on the authorization to grant Certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land in Lao Cai province.

Authorization period until December 31, 2027.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee authorizes the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to issue Certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to domestic organizations; religious organizations, affiliated religious organizations; foreign organizations with diplomatic functions including diplomatic representative agencies, consular agencies, other representative agencies of foreign countries with diplomatic functions recognized by the Government of Vietnam; representative agencies of organizations under the United Nations, intergovernmental agencies or organizations, representative agencies of intergovernmental organizations; people of Vietnamese origin residing abroad; economic organizations with foreign investment capital (stipulated in Clauses 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7, Article 4 of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15) according to the provisions of Point a, Clause 1, Article 136 of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15 and stamped by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, except for commercial housing projects and urban area projects.

At the same time, request the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to issue Certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land according to authorized content to ensure compliance with the provisions of land law.

Authorization period from August 16, 2024 to December 31, 2027.
