NDO - On December 20, at the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024, Viettel High Tech Corporation and High Cloud Technologies Company (UAE) signed a contract worth more than 1 million USD to provide 5G systems for the Middle East market.
This million-dollar contract marks the cooperation between Viettel High Tech and strategic partner High Cloud Technologies (HCT) - a leading company in the Middle East, a pioneer in deploying commercial 5G networks in the region and a trusted partner of leading telecommunications operators in the world and in the Middle East, such as Etisalat, MTN, MCI, Du and STC...
According to the contract, Viettel High Tech will provide 4G and 5G broadcasting stations using Non Standalone technology to partner High Cloud Technologies. In particular, Viettel High Tech will provide core network infrastructure on the cloud platform. To do that, Viettel High Tech must master all technologies from core network to access network.
As for High Cloud Technologies, this enterprise will deploy telecommunications network equipment and solutions researched and manufactured by Viettel High Tech to execute commercial contracts, and at the same time test 5G networks with major carriers in the Middle East to demonstrate the efficiency and reliability of the products.

The contract in the UAE is Viettel's first major telecommunications project in the Middle East.
