Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son - Member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Hue City, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Competition commended and honored the startup ideas and projects that have constantly strived, pioneered innovation, effectively exploited the values of local resources, cultural values, Hue traditions, and technological factors to create new products and services contributing to the socio -economic development of the locality.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son - Member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Hue City, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Contest spoke at the Ceremony.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son said that from 2016 to now, Hue city has organized the Creative Startup Competition (KNST) 10 times; after 10 years of implementation, there have been 600 applications, 153 projects in the final round and 93 ideas and projects with potential to be awarded at the city level. Some projects have won the First Prize in the Central Highlands - Central Region KNST Competition; entered the Top of excellent projects of the National Startup Project Development Program and many other awards. Many projects have grown strongly, spread to the region and the whole country, even expanding to the world market. This year recorded a high increase in the rate of technology and digital transformation projects; notably, 02 business households have developed into enterprises, showing positive signs of change in the quality and scale of projects.

At the Ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to individuals and groups of individuals with outstanding startup ideas and projects. The event aimed to honor potential innovative startup models, contributing to the realization of the Startup Capital Project; at the same time, creating a strong influence, attracting the attention and support of the business community, investors and society for potential startup projects, contributing to standardizing business models and continuing to perfect and bring products to the market.

The Hue City Creative Startup Competition has become an important highlight in the journey to promote the "Ancient Capital of Startups" movement, spreading the spirit of innovation and building an increasingly strong startup ecosystem in Hue City.
