Mr. Hanh said: As a team leader, I have to be exemplary in taking on difficult tasks. Due to the large area of the tunnel, with a total length of about 4km, to ensure operations, the team of cadres and electromechanical workers must always check, grasp the situation, detect and handle incidents quickly, accurately and safely.

Speaking of this, Mr. Hanh recalled an unforgettable incident. It was around 2013, the main conveyor belt was running in the furnace when it broke. Because the main conveyor belt was large, thick, heavy, running in a tunnel hundreds of meters long at high speed, the sudden break caused the entire support belt to break, which was very dangerous. While on duty, Mr. Hanh was present in time right after the incident happened. He quickly cut off the power to the conveyor system, informed other departments in the unit about the incident, and warned about labor safety in the area. Thanks to that, production was not interrupted. The conveyor belt broke but there was no risk to the workers.

With his efforts, in 2019, team leader Pham Van Hanh was honored to be admitted to the Party. With 13 years of experience in the profession and 5 years of Party membership, team leader Hanh has always been an exemplary "talking and doing". He believes that if he is a party member but does not rush into battle first, it will be difficult for his colleagues to follow. On the other hand, if the direction and guidance of the team members is not clear, specific, and does not grasp the tasks correctly and sufficiently, it will be difficult to perform the assigned tasks well. However, when faced with difficult tasks and having the consensus of colleagues, all difficulties will be overcome. Being trained in discipline and style in the military environment has helped him become more mature and calm in all situations.
