Leading the pioneering mission, inspiring investment attraction into the Thai Binh Economic Zone, and serving as a model for sustainable development with its industrial park, urban area, and service complex, Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park is planned, designed, and invested in to become a green and smart industrial park in Thai Binh.
The green spaces and water supply and drainage systems create a landscape and environment in the Lien Ha Thai industrial park that is always green, clean, and beautiful.
Established earliest within the Thai Binh Economic Zone, the Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park has been identified by the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee as a key project to attract investment and develop the Thai Binh Economic Zone into a driving force for the province's economic development, in accordance with the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025. Therefore, the province has paid close and timely attention to all aspects, from planning and determining development models to selecting infrastructure investors, land clearance, and issuing preferential mechanisms and policies to attract investment.

Secondary projects in the Lien Ha Thai industrial park utilize clean production technologies and actively plant trees to protect the environment.
Green, environmentally friendly industrial park
Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park covers a total area of nearly 600 hectares. Green i-Park Joint Stock Company is the investor responsible for constructing and operating the infrastructure – a large, reputable enterprise with extensive experience in investing in, managing, and developing industrial park infrastructure projects. From the planning stage, the investor has allocated a significant amount of land for planting trees to create a buffer zone between the industrial park and residential areas, and to plant trees along both sides of the internal road network. This was also the first project undertaken by Green i-Park to effectively protect the environment. To date, tens of thousands of trees of various types have been planted, cared for, and are thriving, forming a "green lung" for the industrial park.
The canal and reservoir system designed and constructed by Green i-Park serves multiple purposes: water supply and drainage, flood control, fire prevention and control, temperature regulation, air quality improvement, and reduced environmental impact, creating a beautiful industrial park that harmonizes with the local new rural development plan.
In addition to green infrastructure, secondary investment projects in Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park also place great emphasis on environmental protection. Factories such as Ohsung Vina, Lotes, Greenworks, and Nam Tai... have abundant greenery surrounding their workshops; furthermore, their production activities generate no hazardous waste and have minimal impact on the environment. This is also one of the important criteria that customers use to evaluate manufacturing businesses that meet the requirements for exporting goods to major global markets such as the EU, the US, and South Korea.
Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park is part of the Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park - Urban - Service Complex. Because it is closely linked to residential, urban, and service areas, the industrial park requires a consistently safe and clean environment. Green i-Park Joint Stock Company deploys a team of workers to regularly clean the transportation infrastructure to prevent dust generation and maintain the green spaces and lawns, ensuring the industrial park's infrastructure remains green, clean, and beautiful. In particular, the infrastructure investor has invested early in a centralized wastewater treatment system with advanced technology. The wastewater treatment plant is designed with a total treatment capacity of 15,000 m³ /day and night, divided into three investment phases, each phase implemented according to the schedule to attract secondary investors to operate. In Phase 1, Green i-Park Joint Stock Company invested in the construction of a treatment tank with a capacity of 5,000 m³ /day, using a combination of chemical and biological treatment technology, with a total investment of approximately 100 billion VND. The treated wastewater discharged into the environment meets quality standards column A according to QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT - National technical standard on industrial wastewater, ensuring safety for the ecosystem and environment.
The Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park is oriented by the Provincial People's Committee to attract high-tech projects and circular production chains that are high in added value and environmentally friendly. To date, the industrial park has welcomed nearly 30 domestic and foreign corporations and businesses to research investment opportunities; 11 projects with a total investment of over 1 billion USD have been selected and accepted. These are all major global investors with production and business projects in the fields of: electricity, electronics, automotive components, gardening equipment, and factory businesses with advanced technology, minimizing waste generation and having minimal environmental impact.
Although the Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park is equipped with a sufficient power system to meet the production needs of manufacturing and business projects, infrastructure investors and secondary projects are now considering using clean energy. Green i-Park Joint Stock Company is working with several partners to select contractors to supply equipment and install rooftop solar power systems for the administrative building and public lighting. Based on the practical effectiveness of the renewable energy model, Green i-Park aims to promote and encourage secondary investors in the industrial park to use clean energy for production and business, ensuring sustainable development.

The Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park's centralized wastewater treatment plant utilizes modern technology, contributing to environmental protection within the industrial park and surrounding areas.
Smart industrial park
According to many investors, Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park is considered a smart industrial park. All information regarding land, site layout, transportation, technical infrastructure, the capacity of infrastructure investors, investment procedures, mechanisms, and preferential policies and support from the central government, the province, and the infrastructure investors are digitized, publicly available, and transparent on digital platforms such as websites, Zalo, and Facebook. Domestic and foreign investors interested in investment opportunities in Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park can access and understand all the necessary information for project research from anywhere. This convenience helps investors shorten project implementation time by eliminating the need for travel to the industrial park for site visits, while also saving costs.
Reportedly, Green i-Park Joint Stock Company is hiring several reputable consulting firms to conduct surveys and build an automated, digitalized system for managing vehicle entry and exit from the industrial park, automatically recognizing and detecting unfamiliar vehicles to ensure security and safety; and a camera system integrated with wastewater management software to automatically monitor and promptly warn of pollution risks, preventing environmental incidents. The company is also preparing to pilot the use of a software system for managing human resources and coordinating the work of staff in the office area to better serve and meet the requirements of secondary investors. Beyond investing in the industrial park, these digital technologies and equipment create a foundation for building urban and service areas that are being planned and implemented, aiming to soon become the first smart industrial park-urban-service complex in the Thai Binh Economic Zone and the Northern region.
