Khanh Hoa Department of Construction requested the Department of Science and Technology of this province to coordinate in handling false, inaccurate, and confusing information about the real estate market on cyberspace.

For real estate project investors, Khanh Hoa Department of Construction requires that before putting real estate into business, they must meet the conditions prescribed in the Law on Real Estate Business 2023.

"Do not conduct sales and capital mobilization without meeting the conditions prescribed by law" - the document of Khanh Hoa Department of Construction clearly stated.

Khanh Hoa Department of Construction also requested the police of communes and wards to support and coordinate regularly in propagating and handling organizations and individuals using social networks to provide and share false information about real estate products.

Handling of illegal real estate trading floors and real estate brokerage activities, tax evasion, providing inaccurate information, causing negative impacts on the operations of financial, credit and real estate markets.

Many brokers compete unfairly

Mr. Phan Viet Hoang - General Secretary of Khanh Hoa Real Estate Brokerage Association - commented that some buyers are getting lost in the matrix of real estate advertising traps on cyberspace such as: inflating product value, advertising incorrectly to attract views and likes to find potential customers, then inviting them to events to create the fomo effect (fear of missing out on attractive investment opportunities due to rapidly increasing real estate prices - PV) to close customers...

According to Mr. Hoang, most real estate trading floors today only focus on sales training, but few businesses provide proper legal training to their employees.

"Real estate is a unique and valuable product. Being good at business is not enough. You need to have legal knowledge to ensure business safety and customer benefits," said Mr. Hoang.

He said that previous painful lessons had happened when the market was hot, buyers hastily signed contracts without fully understanding the nature of the product, leading to loss of money and prolonged litigation.

Ms. Le Tran Thuy Tien (35 years old, employee of a real estate brokerage company in Nha Trang) said that in order to "close the deal", many brokers recklessly made attractive offers and exaggerated the project.

According to Ms. Tien, when buyers fall into traps, not only do they suffer economic losses, but it also gradually creates a sense of hesitation and distance between customers and real estate brokers.

"It is necessary to deal with the situation of real estate brokers inflating project prices to attract views and likes, so that buyers can access the right segment that suits their income and finances," said Ms. Tien.

A series of huge projects are being implemented

According to statistics from the Department of Construction, in the third quarter of 2025, many large-scale projects were approved for investment, typically the Dam Mon new urban area with an area of ​​over 1,440 hectares, total capital of VND 25,645 billion, and the Tu Bong new urban area with an area of ​​2,579 hectares, investment capital of VND 43,000 billion.

In Nha Trang and Cam Ranh areas, a series of commercial and residential projects are being implemented such as Nha Trang City mixed-use urban area, Vinpearl Phu Quy, KN Paradise, Vega City, VCN Phuoc Hai, My Gia urban area, etc., continuing to supply the real estate market.
