To prepare for the A80 anniversary, today, August 20, 13 mass marching groups began practicing at My Dinh Stadium.

The 13 blocs include the great solidarity bloc of the entire Vietnamese people, the bloc representing 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups, the veteran bloc, the former people's police bloc, the workers' bloc, the Vietnamese farmers' bloc, the intellectual bloc, the revolutionary press bloc, the business bloc, the women's bloc, the overseas Vietnamese bloc, the youth bloc, and the culture- sports bloc.

Although the weather was not hot and windy, the sun was strong from early morning. Many training units had to equip themselves with heat-resistant equipment and light sun-protective clothing. These units had previously trained since August 12 at various locations in the city.

From now until August 27 will be the peak of joint training activities at My Dinh National Stadium. Along with that, the final preparations for the grand ceremony are gradually being completed./.
