766 cases in Hai Duong had their driving licenses temporarily suspended on VNeID

Across the province, there are 766 cases of driver's licenses being temporarily suspended via VNeID.

Implementing Circular 28/2024/TT-BCA of the Ministry of Public Security , from July 1st to December 18th, traffic police forces throughout the province checked and verified documents via the VNeID application for 1,067 cases. Of these, 766 cases resulted in temporary suspension of driver's licenses and 246 cases resulted in license revocation via VNeID.

The implementation of Circular 28 brings many benefits. In cases where citizens commit violations requiring the temporary seizure of vehicle registration papers or driver's licenses, law enforcement agencies will not physically confiscate the documents but will only carry out the seizure electronically. Information about the temporary seizure of documents is displayed in the administrative violation processing database system and synchronized with the VNeID application. After the violator pays the fine through the National Public Service Portal, the application will remove the notification about the temporary seizure of documents. This will make things easier for citizens, saving them time and effort in traveling.
