Hai Duong Traffic Police Department opens new points to receive applications for issuing and exchanging driving licenses

Applications are accepted on weekdays and Saturdays.

To facilitate the process of issuing and renewing motor vehicle driving licenses for citizens, the Traffic Police Department ( Hai Duong Provincial Police) has added another location for receiving applications at the Headquarters of the Motor Vehicle Driving License Examination and Renewal Team (Km 57+600, National Highway 5, Hai Phong - Hanoi direction, Ai Quoc Ward, Hai Duong City).

Previously, citizens could complete this procedure at the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center.

Adding more locations for receiving applications helps to improve the efficiency of administrative procedures and reduce pressure on the existing reception points.

Applications will be accepted at the new location starting March 22nd, on weekdays and Saturdays.
