8 cases of revocation of vehicle registration certificates and license plates from August 15, 2023

According to Article 23 of Circular 24/2023/TT-BCA of the Ministry of Public Security , from August 15, 2023, the following 8 cases will have their vehicle registration certificates and license plates revoked.
