[Image] National Assembly discusses the Road Law; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Auction of Assets

NDO - Continuing the agenda of the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly , on May 21st, National Assembly deputies discussed several contentious issues in the draft laws: the Road Law and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Auctioning Assets. These are two draft laws that will be voted on and passed by the National Assembly at the end of this session.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and the Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly attended the discussion session on some remaining points of disagreement in the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Auction of Assets.

Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong presided over the National Assembly's discussion session on the draft Road Law.

Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security, Le Tan Toi, presented the report explaining, receiving feedback, and revising the draft Law on Roads.

At the session, National Assembly delegates offered many insightful and practical opinions on the two draft laws: the Road Law and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Auctioning Assets.

Also in today's session, with a majority of delegates in favor, the 15th National Assembly agreed to add the approval of the Prime Minister's proposal to dismiss the Minister of Public Security to the agenda of the 7th Session and to proceed with this matter together with personnel matters.

Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh delivered a speech explaining and clarifying some issues raised by National Assembly deputies regarding the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Auction of Assets.
