Handing over the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard

Today, April 4, the Party Committee and Command of the Border Guard of Quang Tri province held a conference to hand over the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Border Guard. Colonel Dinh Xuan Hung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard chaired the conference.

Accordingly, implementing the decision of the Minister of National Defense , Colonel Ngo Xuan Thuong, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard, was retired according to the regime and appointed Lieutenant Colonel Ho Phu Vinh, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard, to hold the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Dinh Xuan Hung, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard acknowledged the contributions and dedication of Colonel Ngo Xuan Thuong, along with the Standing Committee and the Provincial Border Guard Command, who focused on leading and directing the unit to synchronously and comprehensively implement measures and solutions to build a disciplined, strong and comprehensive unit and build a clean and strong Party organization.

Hopefully, Colonel Ngo Xuan Thuong will continue to promote the fine tradition of Uncle Ho's cadres and soldiers; actively advise local Party committees and authorities to propagate and mobilize people to actively participate in consolidating political bases, developing the economy and society, ensuring national defense and security, and especially always follow and have comments and contributions to the officers and soldiers of Quang Tri Border Guard to excellently complete all assigned tasks.

At the same time, congratulations to Lieutenant Colonel Ho Phu Vinh on his new position, continuing to cultivate, train, improve capacity and qualifications, excellently completing all assigned tasks; uniting and unifying with the Party Committee and Command to focus on leading and directing the successful implementation of political tasks, building a comprehensively strong provincial Border Guard, excellently completing assigned tasks, contributing to firmly protecting the national border security and sovereignty.
