At the 33rd SEA Games, host nation Thailand is leading with 58 gold medals, 34 silver medals, and 25 bronze medals. Thailand has won a total of 117 medals at the 33rd SEA Games.
The Vietnamese sports delegation is currently ranked second with 24 gold medals, 14 silver medals, and 38 bronze medals.
Indonesia is ranked third in the overall medal standings. The Indonesian team currently holds a total of 17 gold medals, 24 silver medals, and 20 bronze medals.
The Singapore sports delegation, with 12 gold medals, 14 silver medals, and 15 bronze medals, is currently ranked fourth.
Following closely behind were the sports delegations from the Philippines, Malaysia, and Myanmar. Notably, the Laotian sports delegation won 1 gold, 1 silver, and 9 bronze medals at the 33rd SEA Games. Meanwhile, Brunei secured 1 silver and 3 bronze medals, and Timor Leste had 2 bronze medals.
