Previously, the Trade Remedies Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade announced that on September 28, 2019, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2302/QD-BCT on the application of official anti-dumping measures against certain polyester yarn products originating from the Republic of India, the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia, and the People's Republic of China.

On November 1, 2023, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2866/QD-BCT on the results of the first review of the application of anti-dumping measures against certain polyester yarn products originating from the Republic of India, the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia, and the People's Republic of China.

Article 58 (1) of Decree 10/2018/ND-CP stipulates: “Within 60 days before the end of one year from the date of the decision to apply anti-dumping and countervailing measures or the latest decision on the results of the review of anti-dumping and countervailing measures, the relevant parties as prescribed in Article 59 of this Decree may submit a request for review, except in cases where the deadline for submitting the application is less than 9 months from the deadline for the Minister of Industry and Trade to decide whether to conduct a final review of anti-dumping and countervailing measures or not”.

Accordingly, interested parties as stipulated in Article 59 of Decree No. 10/2018/ND-CP have the right to submit applications for review of the application of anti-dumping measures against polyester yarn products.

The deadline for the Trade Remedies Department to receive applications is November 1, 2024.
