Training on Party building knowledge for news agencies and press

Today, June 26, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Information and Communications coordinated with the Central Organizing Committee to organize an online conference to foster knowledge on Party building for 1,720 leaders, reporters, and editors of domestic news agencies and newspapers in 2024.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Phan Thang An emphasized that in order to continue improving the quality of information and propaganda work on Party building in the press and expanding the scope and far-reaching influence of the National Press Award on Party building (Golden Hammer and Sickle Award), the conference will supplement knowledge, raise awareness, update new viewpoints, and issues of concern in Party building work in terms of politics , ideology, ethics, organization and cadres, contributing to propagating the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

Along with that, fostering skills in selecting topics, exploiting and processing information, conveying experiences, and creating works on Party building and political system building for reporters and editors to do a good job of propagating Party building, thereby contributing to doing a good job of information and propaganda to serve the leadership and direction of Party building work associated with improving the quality of the Golden Hammer and Sickle Award.

At the conference, the lecturers focused on introducing the following topics: Protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting to remove bad and toxic information on cyberspace; New contents on Party building and the political system in the resolutions of the 13th Central Conference; Some issues on creating journalistic works in the political genre; Skills in creating radio and television works.

Introducing the theme of creative press works on Party building and the political system; new models, creative and effective methods in Party building work; Skills in creating press photo works; Experience in creating works of authors and groups of authors who won high prizes at the Golden Hammer and Sickle Award.
