BTO-On August 21 in Phan Thiet City, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan in collaboration with SAIGON Tourism College (Ho Chi Minh City) organized a training course on improving communication skills with tourists for drivers.
The training course was attended by 50 students who are drivers of businesses involved in tourist transportation, taxis, and off-road driving on sand dunes serving tourists at Bau Trang Eco-tourism Area...
During the training period, the trainees were equipped with knowledge about communication and customer care in tourism by MSc. Nguyen Phat Thao - lecturer of SAIGON Tourism College. Thereby, improving customer communication skills, ensuring service quality as well as increasing tourist satisfaction to bring efficiency in business activities, contributing to maintaining and developing the destination brand of Binh Thuan.
