Kon Tum Provincial Post Office actively implements the Plan to innovate management organization, production and business

On May 29, 2025, the Working Group of Vietnam Post Corporation worked with Kon Tum Provincial Post Office to review and evaluate the implementation of the Plan to innovate management organization and business production at the unit, and at the same time listen, discuss and resolve difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process.

Comrade Nguyen Truong Giang - Head of the Board of Members - attended and directed at the General Corporation's bridge point. At the Kon Tum Provincial Post Office bridge point, there were representatives of the Inspection - Legal Department, Finance - Planning Department; leaders of the Provincial Post Office, representatives of functional departments, centers and affiliated units.

Working scene

The working group worked directly with the Kon Tum Provincial Post Office Board of Directors to evaluate the initial results in implementing the organizational innovation plan. At the same time, they noted the difficulties and obstacles in practice, learned about the implementation methods and grasped the thoughts and aspirations of employees during the transformation process.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Truong Giang highly appreciated the proactive spirit and determination to innovate of the Kon Tum Provincial Post Office as well as the initial positive results in implementing the new organizational model. However, he also pointed out some shortcomings that need to be overcome soon, such as: coordination between departments, the division of labor is not really suitable for the functions and tasks after separating the Business and Operation blocks according to the instructions from the appendices of the Corporation. The difficulties of the unit were clearly explained by the working group and specific solutions were proposed.

On behalf of all staff of the Provincial Post Office, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Director of Kon Tum Provincial Post Office expressed her sincere thanks for the attention and close support of the Corporation. She affirmed that the unit will continue to improve its organizational model, focus on developing its sales force, promote revenue-generating services, ensure income and stabilize the lives of workers.
