Comrade Ta Duc Tuyen, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Tuyen Quang City Party Committee, and other members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee presided over the meeting. Attending the meeting were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, representatives from various Party committees, and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

In 2024, the City Party Committee proactively and flexibly focused on comprehensively leading and directing the effective implementation of socio-economic development goals and tasks, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system, especially focusing on responding to and minimizing damage, promptly overcoming the consequences of natural disasters in the area, and quickly restoring production, business activities and people's lives to normal.

Specifically, domestic budget revenue in 2024 is estimated at VND 1,497.1/VND 1,495 billion, reaching 102.7% of the annual plan; total retail sales of goods and consumer services are estimated at VND 27,473.5/VND 27,452 billion (an increase of 9.9% compared to the same period in 2023); the value of exported goods is estimated at USD 128.8/USD 128.7 million (an increase of 9.6% compared to the same period in 2023); social revenue from tourism is estimated at VND 1,740.5/VND 1,046 billion (an increase of 8.2% compared to the same period in 2023)...

In 2025, the Tuyen Quang City Party Committee set out 6 key tasks and 18 main targets to focus on leading and directing their implementation. At the conference, delegates focused on discussing the causes and proposing solutions to effectively implement the set tasks and targets, focusing on the disbursement of public investment capital, the progress of implementing national target programs, and state budget revenue collection...

The delegates heard a report summarizing the Party's inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement work in 2024; the direction and tasks for 2025; and the dissemination and implementation of Directive No. 41-CT/TW dated December 26, 2024, of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership over emulation and reward work in the new situation; and Conclusion No. 107-KL/TW dated December 24, 2024, of the Politburo on continuing to strengthen the Party's leadership over citizen reception and the resolution of complaints, denunciations, petitions, and feedback.

The City Party Secretary presented the Certificate of Commendation from the Central Propaganda Department to the Party Committee of the Provincial Ethnic Boarding High School for its outstanding achievements in studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh.

In his concluding remarks at the Conference, Party Secretary Ta Duc Tuyen requested that Party committees, government agencies, the Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, agencies, units, communes, and wards focus decisively on effectively implementing the set goals and tasks, particularly focusing on leading and directing the preparation of conditions for organizing the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term in accordance with the directives and guidelines of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.

Simultaneously, lead and direct the implementation of socio-economic development targets and tasks for 2025, especially the state budget revenue target, the investment and construction plan and disbursement of capital sources in 2025, and the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025; effectively carry out planning, land clearance, and infrastructure construction for residential areas, commercial and service points, creating land funds for auctioning land use fees, and increasing state budget revenue.

The City Party Committee leaders presented the Commemorative Medal of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association to comrades who have made significant contributions to the building and development of the Vietnam Veterans Association.

Continue mobilizing resources to build and develop Tuyen Quang city into a type I urban area by 2030; allocate and utilize resources effectively for investment and development, ensuring a focused and targeted approach; coordinate the construction of infrastructure for tourist areas and sites, and tourism projects in the My Lam hot spring tourist area, parks, and entertainment areas...

Effectively implement poverty reduction and social security measures; complete the plan to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households and those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution in the city; strengthen digital transformation in all fields, promote administrative procedure reform, improve the investment and business environment, and enhance the competitiveness of the district.

Along with that, effectively implement the streamlining of the political system's organizational structure to ensure efficient and effective operation, and many other important contents.

The Party Secretary of the City Committee presented Certificates of Commendation to representatives of grassroots Party branches and committees that had "Outstandingly fulfilled their duties" in 2024.

On this occasion, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association awarded the Vietnam Veterans Commemorative Medal to three comrades from the Tuyen Quang City Party Committee for their significant contributions to the building and development of the Vietnam Veterans Association. The Central Propaganda Department awarded a Certificate of Merit to the Party Committee of the Provincial Ethnic Boarding High School for its outstanding achievements in studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh. The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to six grassroots Party branches and committees for outstanding performance in 2024 and 34 Party members for outstanding performance for five consecutive years (2020-2025).
