(CLO) As the year draws to a close, the atmosphere at Vinhomes Royal Island (Vu Yen, Hai Phong ), the "billionaire's island," becomes even more vibrant as Christmas and New Year celebrations are underway, and construction and completion of various subdivisions and amenities are accelerated. In particular, the developer has introduced an unprecedented sales policy, causing the ultra-luxury properties here to continue creating a stir in the market.

A series of exciting events are drawing tourists to the "billionaire's island".

These days, Vinhomes Royal Island is buzzing with the festive atmosphere of Christmas and New Year, concluding a brilliant year marked by rapid development milestones. The grand series of events kicked off with the lighting of a 38-meter-tall Christmas tree. This symbol of the holiday season at Royal Square has attracted thousands of visitors to Vu Yen Island every day.

“We took thousands of beautiful photos. Not only did we check in with the giant Christmas tree, but we also enjoyed the water fountain shows and fireworks displays, which were as fun as Tet (Vietnamese New Year),” shared Giang My (21 years old, Hai Phong City).

The 38-meter-tall Christmas tree attracts a large number of visitors who come to take photos every day.

During this period, Vinhomes Royal Island also gets a new look. Amenities and areas are decorated with miniature landscapes and a dazzling system of colorful lights. In particular, Vu Yen Park pedestrian street becomes the center of the festive season, hosting many attractive events. Specifically, on December 22nd, thousands of athletes dressed as Santa Claus will gather to participate in the Santa Run. On December 24th, the Christmas Festival officially kicks off, offering visitors the chance to explore dozens of stalls selling a variety of festive products, enjoy cuisine from all three regions of Vietnam, and join in the Christmas carols or party hard at the vibrant EDM music festival.

On December 31st, Royal Island City will treat residents and visitors to a spectacular feast with a stage "ignited" by a super-talented lineup, including Big Daddy, Emily, Phuc Du… Finally, as a farewell to the old year, there will be a dazzling fireworks display in the sky over Vu Yen.

“I’ve scheduled everything so I don’t miss any events. Royal Island City has become a familiar destination for my family and friends. My whole family also dreams of and strives to become residents here soon,” Giang My shared.

Leveraging value to create a "billionaire's island"

Along with vibrant festivals and events, the developer is also accelerating construction progress, bringing amenities and subdivisions to completion as soon as possible. Following the Vu Yen Park pedestrian street, the Royal Equestrian Academy, and the 160-hectare 36-hole golf course, the island city will soon have the presence of the VinWonders "entertainment paradise" and the Vincom Mega Mall luxury shopping hub (expected to open in April 2025). The 10-hectare marina, with its landscaping and reception building, was completed last October.

The subdivisions of Vinhomes Royal Island are gradually taking shape. Besides the Tài Lộc subdivision, which has already begun handover after only 6 months of construction, The Miyabi subdivision has also welcomed its first homeowners. The Đảo Vua, Hoàng Gia, Quý Cổ subdivisions, etc., will also soon be completed on schedule, welcoming elite residents to settle in.

The opening event of the new Elite Home Premiere show villa attracted a large number of customers.

On December 15th, Vinhomes Royal Island further impressed customers by opening the Elite Home Premiere show villa in the Kinh Do subdivision, providing a space for customers to experience firsthand the luxurious lifestyle, enjoy the blue sea and white sand right at their doorstep, and receive suggestions for interior design befitting their status.

Residents were impressed with the quality of the handover, which was even better than the renderings of The Miyabi subdivision.

The appeal of Vinhomes Royal Island right now also stems from the developer's attractive policy, encouraging residents to move in early. Accordingly, from now until January 31, 2025, customers buying real estate on the upscale island will receive a "2025 Tet Gift - Lucky Golden Fortune" worth up to 18 gold taels (equivalent to 150 million VND) for properties under 10 billion VND, and 25 gold taels (equivalent to 200 million VND) for properties valued over 10 billion VND, deducted directly from the selling price.

In addition, there are a series of incentives to help customers ease their financial burden and generate a sustainable cash flow immediately upon ownership. Specifically, the developer offers a guaranteed rental income of up to 18% for 3 years for fully furnished units. This is likened to an "insurance card" that helps investors not only profit immediately after investment but also secure a return of 6% per year, higher than savings accounts and regardless of market fluctuations.

In addition, the "joint purchase" policy allows customers with insufficient financial resources to still own luxury homes by jointly purchasing a property in a group of 2-4 investors with a minimum capital contribution ratio of 15% per person.

If customers have the funds available, they can choose to pay early to receive a 10.5% discount, along with an 11% discount for early payment. Moving in early will earn customers discounts up to 12%. VinClub members enjoy discounts of up to 1.7% depending on their membership level…

The Royal Bridge is currently 80% complete and is expected to be finished on schedule in August 2025 (photo taken in August 2024).

Upon ownership, customers and investors will immediately benefit from the exceptional growth potential of the properties, particularly driven by the area's planning and infrastructure development. Specifically, the Royal Bridge, scheduled for completion in August 2025, will connect Vinhomes Royal Island to the center of Hai Phong City in just 10 minutes. Furthermore, on January 1st, 2025, Thuy Nguyen District will officially become a city under the jurisdiction of Hai Phong City, elevating the status of Royal Island City.

Thousands of supporting factors are driving a strong increase in real estate values on Vietnam's first "billionaire island." Entering 2025, Vinhomes Royal Island is predicted to remain the brightest spot in the Hai Phong real estate market, a dream destination for the global elite.
