On June 19th, the first students of the Blue Rock project from Duy Tan University ( Da Nang City) were interviewed and recruited by LLC (Japan) to work in the field of information security and cybersecurity. This is the result of the "Cybersecurity Talent Incubator" project, also known as the Blue Rock project, which aims to provide society with more information security experts, a project implemented by Duy Tan University in cooperation with Fore and Suganuma (Japan).
Mr. Ikawa Megumu (right), Director of LLC Company (Japan), introduces the company, the working environment, and outlines the requirements for students participating in the recruitment process.
Mr. Ikawa Megumu, Director of LLC (Japan), stated that before coming to Vietnam to recruit engineers in the field of information security and cybersecurity, he thoroughly researched the training program for students majoring in network engineering, cybersecurity, and information security at Duy Tan University. Mr. Ikawa Megumu believes that the training program for students is similar to that of engineers in Japan. Therefore, in terms of professional expertise, LLC (Japan) does not prioritize these qualities, but rather focuses on the students' attributes such as not being afraid of challenges and always seeking new things.
The first cohort of students from the "Cybersecurity Talent Incubator" project at Duy Tan University participated in recruitment and employment for a Japanese company.
To support students in the "Cybersecurity Talent Incubator" program, Suganuma and Fore have sponsored Duy Tan University with a modern cybersecurity lab, allowing students to access the latest equipment and technologies in the field of cybersecurity, creating a modern learning and research environment.
