On the evening of March 13th, the Da Nang City Department of Tourism held a presentation introducing the Danang Food Tour Festival 2025.
According to Truong Thi Hong Hanh, Director of the Da Nang Department of Tourism, the festival aims to create new tourism products, enhance cultural and culinary experiences for tourists, and support the promotion of local food businesses and establishments.

The festival will open at 7:30 PM on March 28th with a spectacular art program and food promotion activities such as bartender demonstrations and noodle dances. The festival space includes 7 main food areas: Da Nang cuisine, regional Vietnamese cuisine, international cuisine, street food, local souvenirs, a traditional market, and a beer and beverage area.
According to Ms. Hanh, visitors to the festival will have the opportunity to enjoy more than 200 signature dishes, ranging from traditional Da Nang cuisine such as Quang noodles, vermicelli with fermented fish sauce, chicken rice, and rice paper rolls with pork, to international dishes from Korea, Japan, Europe, America, China, India, and Thailand.

In addition, visitors can participate in hands-on experiences such as making Vietnamese savory pancakes (banh xeo), spring rolls (goi cuon), and banh it (banh it), watch culinary art performances, and participate in the "More Than Delicious - Hunt for Da Nang Flavors, Exchange for Great Gifts" program by collecting food stickers and checking in at the festival.
Notably, the highlight of the festival is the "Da Nang Food Tour – The Chef Competition" held on March 29th, featuring over 20 professional and amateur chefs. In addition, a food-themed Flashmob with 200 participants dressed as chefs will take place on March 28th and 29th.
The festival also issued 5,000 Da Nang Food Tour Culinary Passports in both Vietnamese and English. Locals and tourists using these passports will enjoy many benefits such as: 10% discounts, complimentary dishes, combo meals at selected locations, etc. Collecting 10-20-30-40-50 stamps will allow visitors to exchange them for gifts.

Alongside the festival, the city also organized many connecting activities such as a special art program commemorating the 50th anniversary of the city's liberation on the evening of March 29th at 29/3 Square, fireworks display, exhibition "Da Nang – 50 Years of Development and Integration", and the stimulus program "Enjoy Da Nang – Diverse Experiences" with culinary experience packages starting from 499,000 VND.
